MIASIA HOTEL – TRADE COMPLEX in Da Nang, Vietnam

Miasia Group has officially signed a strategic investment partnership with INTERATIONAL MKTD Co., Ltd. to develop a major hospitality and commercial complex in the heart of Da Nang. The project, named MIASIA HOTEL – TRADE COMPLEX, represents a total investment of approximately USD 60 million, marking Miasia Group’s first venture into the hospitality real estate sector.

A retail and exhibition space to showcase international food, wine, and consumer brands distributed by Miasia Group

Strategically located in Da Nang—a growing economic and tourism hub in central Vietnam—the complex is expected to attract both domestic and international clientele and serve as a central platform for Miasia Group’s expansion in the hospitality and trade sectors.

“This project is a major milestone for Miasia Group as we diversify into hospitality and create a new bridge between international lifestyle brands and the Vietnamese market,” said a Miasia Group spokesperson. “The MIASIA HOTEL – TRADE COMPLEX is not only a luxury destination but also a long-term investment in Vietnam’s tourism and economic future.”

Construction is scheduled to begin in late 2025, with the opening planned for 2027. The project is expected to create hundreds of jobs during development and operations, contributing to the growth of Da Nang’s tourism and service industries.
